You should use your own judgment and independent verification before taking action.

We do not guarantee that FakeScan will detect every scam, prevent fraud, or provide correct results in all cases.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FakeScan and its operators will not be liable for:

• financial losses
• missed opportunities
• fraud losses
• indirect or consequential damages
• reliance on scan outputs or recommendations
• downtime or service interruptions

Your use of FakeScan is at your own risk.

Paid plans may renew automatically unless canceled.

Billing may be handled by third-party providers such as Stripe.

You are responsible for managing your subscription through the provided billing tools.

Refund eligibility, if any, is governed by our Refund Policy.

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access if we reasonably believe you:

• violate these Terms
• abuse the platform
• create security risk
• engage in fraudulent or harmful behavior

We may also discontinue parts of the service from time to time.

FakeScan, including branding, software, design, and related materials, is owned by FakeScan or its licensors and protected by applicable laws.

You may not copy, resell, or misuse our intellectual property without permission.

Your use of FakeScan is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
