Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with your Pro subscription, contact us within 7 days of your initial purchase and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked.

Renewal charges are non-refundable. If you cancel after renewal, your plan remains active until the end of the billing period but no partial refund is issued.

Credit packs are non-refundable once purchased, except where required by applicable consumer protection law.

Credits never expire and remain in your account even if you downgrade or cancel your subscription.

Email hello@fakescan.ai with the subject line "Refund Request" and include your registered email address. We aim to respond within one business day.

We reserve the right to decline refunds where we detect abuse of the refund policy, including repeat refund requests or accounts that have consumed a substantial proportion of their credits or scans before requesting a refund.
